Training for your team, documentation, the complete source code and every credential. You are not dependent on me, even if you keep me.

ongoingMonitoring, updates, on-call. Cancellable monthly.
Hosting in Switzerland, updates, monitoring and a direct line when something sticks. One monthly fee, no minimum term.

Price
Fixed price after the sprint.
No hourly billing without a cap. If the scope changes, the quote changes — before, not after.
Ownership
You own everything.
Source code, data, domains, credentials. Nothing sits in an account that belongs to me.
Data
Switzerland, full stop.
Development, hosting and backups on Swiss infrastructure, revDSG- and GDPR-compliant. Data processing agreement on request.

The first step is small.
The discovery sprint costs CHF 2'400, takes two weeks and ends with a binding quote. If you do not continue with me afterwards, the concept and prototype are still yours.
